United Way of Carlton and Pine County Area is looking for an enthusiastic, community-minded professional to join our team as a Community Impact Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in programs and initiatives that improve lives across Carlton and Pine Counties. From supporting youth and families through programs like the Imagination Library and Weekend Food Program to coordinating volunteers for community events such as Day of Action and Operation Community Connect, you'll have the chance to make a direct and lasting impact every day.

As our Community Impact Coordinator, you'll work closely with local nonprofits, schools, businesses, volunteers, and community leaders to strengthen partnerships, support funded programs, and advance solutions to our region's most pressing needs. You'll help manage meaningful community initiatives, track outcomes, assist with grant processes, and promote volunteer engagement that creates real change.

Location: Cloquet, Minnesota
Schedule: Primarily weekdays, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend events.
